During my xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the Christmas decoration that was put up all around the place. the staff was quite friendly and accommodating to our requests, despite being understaffed. the location was great, not far from the ski slopes and the Christmas market.

The room was quite small, and the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. the heating was not working properly, and we had to call for maintenance to fix it.
